I'm gonna hurt someone! (hit and run)

Ok, well, my day started off pretty good, that is until I walked outside my house this morning to see some mismatched paint towards the front of my car!!! As I got closer to it, I noticed that there were paint chips on the ground!! :x Ok, I was pissed now, I walked over to it and found my left front fender, my left headlight assembly, and my hood all f**ked up. I looked around and there were burnout marks from whoever hit her and just took off. So I went back inside, tried to wake up my housemate, and grabbed my camera. I think I had taken about 10 pictures this morning. I still had to go to work on top of it all!! I've been getting prices this morning, luckily I have a hook-up for replacement pieces  I think I'll go aftermarket for those, but it'll at least pay for my lip spoiler. I hate stuff like this, especially since there wasn't someone with enough balls to at least leave me a note to get ahold of them or at least apologize for hitting my girl. @$$holes!

That sucks dude. I saw someone do that in my old apartment comlex. Luckily I got the dude's tag number and gave it to the paople who got hit.
this is one of the many reasons why i hate parking in the street. sorry to hear.
Well, at least it gives me enough thought to do something with the headlights now. I could probably pull it off and flatten it out, but I think I'll just buy a new one along with a new fender. I may just have to get a CF hood now
you wouldn't want some AAC CF headlights would ya?

Maybe  PM sent
Damn man, that realy sucks. My recent fender damage was way less serious than yours sounds and I just got a quote for $1500 to fix it.

What all was done? I have yet to pull my front fender off (people b!tchin' too much that I need to stop working on the car  ) I know the inner fender might be damaged also, but as far as structural damage, there's no creases in the paint from under the hood. You probably had your fender paint matched I'm assuming? I know that'd prolly get me to about $500 more than the $230 hood and the $120 front left fender, I have no idea how much an assembly and lid are, but I'm gonna say roughly $250. The Mazda parts guy I called this morning never got back to me. I might have to drive up there and just bring a list for him to get me prices.

I've compiled a list of suspects and I know it was a truck. Where the point of impact is, is about mid-thigh, and a rounded steel rear fender would be the only thing capable of making this kind of dent. Also, judging by the "get-away" skid mark, it was an open differential. (Maybe I should be a detective  )
