Installed coilovers, but won't go any lower?

So, I just installed my Megan racing coilovers on my NA. I'm adjusting the ride height now, but the fronts won't let me go any lower. I have thread still to go lower, but it is impossible to turn the ring. Do I need to preload the spring? Or am I just weak, haha. Sorry, if this is a noob question, but I'm just having trouble and I want to get some info before I do anything wrong. Thanks.

Jack the car up in the air to take the load of the shock assembly. Put a jack stand under there, then try to lower. It's pretty hard to turn coilover sleeves with the cars weight on them. Try some lubrication too.
i had the same problem at first.

you have to brake them in and u can set them perfect!

get your ride hight close to where you want it then drive around for about 2 weeks or 1k miles then adjust them
Alright cool, yeah I'm almost at the ride height that I want them at, but my front is sitting a little bit higher than the rear, which is driving me crazy. I'll give your advice a try for a week and see wsup from there.
it seams like u want to go as low as you can, but if u want something low and still looks good.
measure from ground to pinch weld where u lift you car up with the stock jack and go "4" inches in the front and "4.25" in the rear.

this is my car set at 4.25 in front and 4.5 in rear

lower by fire, heat up the springs then splash water on them, that is if they where stock springs i dont think you want to do this to your new ones haha.

Did you find out the problem?
The second response has all the information you need. You can't generally adjust coils with the weight of the car on them.
