everyone hates to start their car on a cold morning, when i do it, its still dark out.. normally ill start it, turn my lights on, let it run 10ish minutes blah blah blah.. recently now that its getting below freezing where i live here in ky, my parking lights wont turn on until the car has been running for a bit.. the only thing i can thing if is maybe my relays freeze? but everything works just fine when the car warms up.. i dunno

I had this problem and then the light just stopped working after I took the dash out to refinish it. The bulb still works and the harness is connected.

Is there a ground wire floating around somewhere thats faulty?

Since there are moving parts in the relay it might be that they are frozen. Try swaping a known good relay in and or tapping on it while its not working. Do the head lights come on?

Headlights work, the Parking lights work great, they just take a minute to come on
