I'm currently installing Flyin Miata stage 1.5 kit. I'm having a hard time lowering the control arm to get the stock shocks and springs out. Anybody have any advice that can benefit me?

My favorite method is to get that long bolt that connects the upper A arm to the frame. 21mm Closed end wrenches are your friend. An impact gun with an extension makes it even easier.

THen you can just use a pry bar or have a friend crank on the lower arm. and as a bonus it won't affect your alignment
