I bought a catback from RRR in Gardena awhile back. I don't know who made it. RRR said it was an N1 Spec unkown or something like that. It was shipped from japan to the us. I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this exhaust.

I have a question regarding swapping out the exhaust and cali smog laws. I just got a 97 miata in LA a few months ago, and it initially came with a similar exhaust setup using a universal cannon muffler, but I had the original owner remove it cause it was too loud. I want to put it back on with a resonator so it's quieter for the looks, and also in prep for my IRTBs. How do you guys take care of the smog check, and how often is it, every 2 years? I just had it smogged when I bought the car. Anyone care to PM me the secrets of smogging with mods on the car? I don't have the storage space to keep the OEM exhaust.

i know i've seen the exhaust in a hyperrev mag a long time ago before i even got it. i couldnt read japanese, but the picture was exactly like it. It might be that garage doghouse exhaust. Not sure.

I don't know...I'd like to hear how it sounds with a silencer. Volume does not necessarily equate to Quality when it comes to sound
