Some sort of better layout would help a lot. The fields look like they were just copy and pasted in randomly on a blank page. Perhaps a shadow box behind each field? Something needs to break up all that white. The field on the right of the main navigation menu looks out of place. Try having the main navigation centered and nearly span the Whole page, then have columns underneath it. There's just no organization.
