I was wondering how KG works is to deal with? I found some parts I really want, when my next paychech arrives.

They are very nice - I am not sure you can order direct from them, but give it a try - email them in english - but keep it simple and ask if you can order from them. Most likely (if you are in the USA), they will tell you to order direct from www.rspeed.net. You can also contact RSpeed about any of the KG line - they are exclusive to KG now.
