Well I have a 92 and I am a victim of the long nose crank failure. I am following the procedures in the garage section to fix it. On Tuseday evening I put the new keyway in with the loctite quick metal 660 like the repair says . My problem is as of this morinig the quick metal still hasnt hardened. Now I live in South Florida and it has been raining and very humid the last few days. Could the weather be preventing the loctite from hardening? What should I do? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanx
Phil

Ya, Its the short nose crank that typically fails. Either way see if you can park the car inside a garage with a dehumidifier (sp?). If that isn't possible find a heater with a fan in it and point it at the locktite (bake it on). Good luck man!!!
