anyone know how to tell the difference between a lsd and a welded diff when its on jackstands? both wheels spin so it has to be either one right?

You would know if it was welded when you drive it.

No that is a double diff LSD.

Burning green means your tires were too old. Ideally, Miatas should burn a nice bright orange color, any variation indicates some underlying issue that was likely to cause you to not be featured in any helladopeyo articles.
