I have a manual rack part NA01-R0-420. I want to swap the manual in place of a power rack on the 97 M edition.

The rack came with inner tie rods attached. No outer rods included.

Do I need a new U joint?
What is the part numbers for the rod ends for the manual. What are the mounting bushings pet numbers as they are different for the left side.

Thanks

Outer tie rods are interchangeable.
Inner tie rods are manual/power rack specific.
U joint not required. Only time you would need a different U joint is going to NB rack/subframe.
Google can help with the rack bushings, they are easy to find.
Look into rack spacers while your swapping to combat bump-steer

Don't get a shorter belt... ditch the AC too!

I didn't do rack bushings but I'll probably throw those and some spacers in when I take everything out to have the pinion welded. May as well tighten it all up...

EDIT: Reason: Adding those now is cheaper than getting it aligned again...
