Just bought 96, the paint is not that great, but I got a deal. This will be my second miata. I had a NICE red 92 with a built motor pushing about 130 whp a few years back. Quick question does anyone know what kind of paint I have? its either montego blue or excellent green mica. When I look at the paint, it has a metallic finish that's mostly green with a hint of blue.

Thanks guys!, I had a feeling that it would be montego blue, but wasn't sure. When the sun hits it,its mostly green but looks bluish in the shade. I miss that smell of the canvas.

I'm taking a different path on this car. I will mostly keep it original but with koni shocks and sways. These aftermarket rims need to go, I'm getting ready to put some oem wheels.Maybe in the future I will invest on a jracing sc.

Welcome back! If it makes you feel any better, those wheels look great compared to some of the aftermarket wheels people leave on their cars

Thanks, but It suck because the original owner used conical lug bolts, when these rims on the picture uses a flat lug bolts. I can't find the bolts that goes with these wheels. I don't think kragen would sell them.

This was my old miata, FM built head: port n polished, integral stage 2 cams, head shaved. Port match intake manifold.RB header, exhaust, custom mandrel bent intake, light weight flywheel,MS pnp tuned.Block was .020 overbore. If I remember it was pulling 135 whp. After a while I boosted it to 10 psi and was pushing over 200hp, and later tuned down to 8 pounds. 200hp on a miata is scary.
