I couldn't tell you quite honestly. It was in my 93's trunk when i got it. it's secured by 3 screws.....and that pretty much does it

Honestly, that looks like the factory fuel line cover that somebody bolted a $20 marine fire extinguisher to.. (IIRC white fire extinguishers are for marine use)...
