Anyone have any luck with Mini Cooper wheels on an NA?

This one caught my eye a few days ago.. It's the R81 7-hole (aka Imola) ET45 12.0lb and comes in a 15" x 5.5.. it comes in silver and white, which I think would look quite badass on an NA Miata..

That's what I was thinking. My friend and I were going to put his on my car with his Mk.II adapters, but he sold them.

Well, add some spacers to them and your good to go.

Whoa. Although I own a set of 15x7s that are 35lbs EACH. Just sitting in my garage though.

I have two sets of those 7-hole Mini Cooper wheels for our '05 Mini Cooper. I've swapped them on my Miata a few times, for both autocross and for street use. They fit just fine and weigh 12 lbs each, but it does suck that they are only 5.5" wide though.
