All been given new 40%harder bushings.[/COLOR]
Bolts, nuts , screws and some small braces or other stuff which are in color have been cleaned up and given 1 layer epoxy, 3 layers paint and 3 layers varnish al baked at 160°C.

Awesome job I cleaned mine up but didnt go quite that far since I still drive it in the rain sometimes. I cleaned up my diff alot but didnt try to polish it. I polished my ppf a tad but didnt put much time in it. I also painted all the heat shields and por15'ed the subframe and a-arms. Springs and shocks will eventually be changed.
Nice work guys, such attention to detail and patience.

Just installed my front coilovers, the rears won't go on yet as the tophat nuts are seized.
I kinda like the forward rake though :p.
Forward rake? Front looks a lil higher... I prefer the front being a little lower via pinch height... helps with aero too. =) I just don't like that the rear fender is lower than the front... when the F/R pinch is even. Car looks good, clean and simple!

recents shot....
beater bumpers are on because I'm still working on fitment in the rear (not wheel fitment). :phillyb:

Thanks man, It's definitely lower in the front, almost an inch lower in fact.
It used to have a slight reverse rake, the lower front makes the car a lot more agressive, so I suppose I'd like to keep some amount of rake.
I'm raising the fronts a bit though untill I get framerails :p.

in the middle of bodywork/getting her shiny & sexy again. Picked up some xxr 522's after having 0 offset 002's for a day. Blah, for some reason couldn't get to liking the 002's. Maybe because they weren't as played as the 522's. lol. NB's look much better with 16's as opposed to 15's. :D
Thursday: 2 year old DR20's- 15x7 +10offset

Friday: 15x8 0 offset 002's

Saturday: 16x7 +25mm offset 522's

Have had for over a year now and finally undertaking repair: cracked hardtop/ flew up 40 feet in the air on freeway (forgot to relatch at gas station X-( Doh!) but luckily most of it held up, including the glass somehow? and just needed alot of bondo/fiberglass work. And since one of the rear tabs broke off, i'm doing the rear frankenplate delete/shave too.

Can't wait to finish the body work, and have yet to decide on what color to repair her...

Throw on a color matched front lip and you're car will be perfect looks wise.

Definitely colour matched you reckon? I hadn't thought about painting it tbf... Could be something to consider when it comes round to the respray! Unfortunately though i'm struggling like mad to get hold of a lip :(

In my opinion, the car is already perfect as it is! It's just flawless. I'd add a GV lip maybe, but don't colour match it, it would lose the lip visual effect.

Mine is about the same height as yours and I love it with the lip on!

Speaking of which, I got a few shots of it from yesterday's meet:
