I finally bought myself a little Miata after months of saving money. Being in college and wanting a sick car don't really go hand in hand lol. It was a great find in my opinion, I bought it from an elder gentleman whom had bought it in a dealership in Tuscon, it has never left AZ and it's clean as hell.

I have huge plans for this car for the future, maybe get it track ready, but for now, i'm just happy with some nice coilovers and some Enkie apache's. not sure if i wanna drop it or slam it yet. I live in Phoenix and the streets aren't the best over here so that'd be kinda of a challenge to drive.

I'm been looking up info from this site even before i had the car, but now it's gonna be awesome actually talking to you guys lol

I bought it like that, that's actually one of the reasons I really wanted to buy it, you could tell the guy really took care of his car. Most of the ones I had looked at before were in great condition too, this one just caught my eye and I and couldn't let this chance by. And thanks guys, I have huge plans for this beauty!

And as for putting the pic directly on here, it's not letting me do it. Could have something to do with Flickr, i'll try to figure it out! lol

Wow that's clean. Hah, I thought the 95 I just bought was clean until I saw that.

PS: I know what it's like to be a broke college kid, luckily it doesn't last forever. The fact that you saved money to buy a car while in college tells me you already have the work ethic and means to be successful. The general attitude these days is "Well I could do that but it'd be really hard, so I won't".

yeah, it felt awesome doing all that stuff by myself, not asking anyone for money or anything like that. It's really rewarding finally having a car I can call my own.

Thanks again guys!

the engine just hit 170 with what i've driven it. And it still handles like a dream, I'll post some interior shots asap. The interior is as clean as the engine! non cracked dash and all!

Ok, ill open this can of worms since your young and possibly impressionable. Think twice young padowan... Unmolested miatas will be worth more sooner than later. Make sure what ever you do is easly reversible. If its in that good a condition mod away, but save the oem bits for later. Just my .02
