Dang, that is some serious craftsmanship. I love that old Lotus Cortina at the top. Maybe it's because my parents named me after Lotus' founder (Colin Chapman).

That is some serious skill! How do you make those parts? Do you machine them or make them out of styrine or what? And where do you get all those wheels? Great work! Ive customized some 1/24 models but nothing that even comes close to that.

thanks guys... these are 1/18 diecast models that I usually buy in stock form from ebay. I'm a cardesigner, so I collect them and study their forms. I got bored one day starting tuning them w/parts from other cars and sometimes make my own. Since, I can't afford to own and tune all these cars in 1:1, I just buy 1/18scale models and tune them as I like  .

Chris, that is an outstanding collection you have. Im gonna move this thread to the diecast section so it doesnt get lost here in the general chat.

Im also a diehard diecast collector, but i dont have nearly as many 1/18 scales as you. =D> But i have some choice ones ill post pics of later. Most of my collection is 1/64 scale (Hot Wheels Size) only because i can fit more of them in my room than the bigger scales, hahhaa.

There are a few more diecast collectors here on this forum, im sure they will chime in once they see all those great pics you posted.

Jesus, those details are beautiful. Incredible. Mind blowing. How many of these did you respray? That Lexus looks REAL with that paintjob. Incredible.

I too like diecast cars and have a few, but this blows me away.
