Hope im not in the wrong section!

My clutch is slipping and i need i new one badly

My car is stock, i was debating between the autozone clutch which is $169 with free replacement for life!

Second choice is exedy stage 1

My other question is.. I want to buy a new fly wheel but was told that it will need balancing..
I dont have a clue where to have that done..

Any help will be much appreciated !!!!

check rockauto. I think it's around $120 for a clutch kit(exedy oem). I'd keep the flywheel if it passes a visual, or have it resurfaced. Since you didnt grenade your clutch, you should be just fine.

+1 for resurfacing on the fly. Before installing the clutch on the fly, take a lint free cotton cloth (blue paper shop towel is ok, but tends to fall apart) and wipe down the surface with brake cleaner or alcohol (I like acetone, the kind you can get in bulk at Lowes, not the stuff you use for nail polish..but use what ever you like).

This will set you up for a nice, trouble free break in and virtually eliminate the chance of early clutch shudder. Take it super easy for about 500 miles after install.
