I will be pulling the motor on my blue roadster and have the engine bay painted to match the exterior. (currently scratched and scuffed black)

I have a 99 low mileage motor I will be placing in the car. I will also do a mild wire tuck to clean it up a bit.

I'm wanting suggestions for the engine block, valve cover and intake manifold.

Thoughts have included the following.

Engine block- Silver to better show potential leaks later on and just to be different. I also considered a metallic orange for bling factor.

Valve cover - keep the red crinkle powder coat. Considered polished with black down center where plug holes are. Metallic orange (see above) Maybe a protege VC much like Scrat?

Intake manifold - two options here. Polished or black powder coat.

Here is the car to give you some ideas. BTW, I'm ditching the RS Aizawa head light lids for standard lids. Too busy.

Why not do the block silver, polish the center of the VC and the letters but have the rest of it blue like the car, then polish the intake manifold.
That does sound good. Anyone know any good polishing services?
