Any info/how-to on the yellow turn signals? Sprayed? Laminex? Any legal issue with doing that?

Yupp, they were sprayed with translucent yellow paint. You can also use glass paint from your local arts/crafts store.

Never had legal issues with them. As far as I know (for Cali), you just can't have blue or red in front of your vehicle because they resemble colors used by the law enforcenment officers.
