I thought it would be a cool thing until I read the article... Not too cool that they're just going to be using the name to sell junk cars they're too ashamed to call "Nissan" to people in crap markets.

Thats not what I read. They are bringing back the marque to sell entry level cars in emerging markets.

Drop back about what, fifty years and that was the U.S. An emerging market looking to get people into small, econo-boxes. Did 'em pretty well back then.
