A 4-cylinder Supra?
Yup...for about 6 years or so the GT-500 class Supras ran the 3S-GTE that was used in the Celica and Corolla. Prior to the arrival of the SuperGT series--which doesn't allow engine conversions--the Supras ran the 4 until switching to a V8, IIRC.

Top secret poopra has the 3S-GTE in it too. Im a big fan of the motor my-self!

Nice car btw... always liked the All-trac. I went to the MR2 meet in vegas and saw a bunch of them there. Guess they consider them selves more of an MR2 then a celica :)

Oh wow! I didn't know there existed the "165".

I thought the 185 was the first and only "all-trac" turbo.

Very cool!

i remember reading somewhere how to make an all track st205 out of junkyard parts. iirc, you use a bunch of rav4 parts or something. i'll see if i can't find it.

bryan knows too much about this....

I had discovered Gran Turismo about the same time that the Celica WRC (ST205) was making its rounds. It quickly became my favorite car, and traditionally, my garage in every GT game I've ever played has had a GT-Four in it :)

Sweet WRC car. :)
Never knew those existed. I always saw celica as slow, FWD, wannabe racers. These change my image of them!
I love watching those in rally videos.
