I don't know.. i think that would be a little biased to allow people to see the for sale section only because they're over 60 years old, or just because their childrens children have a miata......

So whats your AutoX Setup? LSD? dem's look like 16" on a NA, i'd say Inconceivable but i've seen the Princess Bride...

dem's 17x9 with 245/35r17 Toyo R1R's, some sacrificial cows had to be slaughtered to get the kind of street tire width I wanted, the price in this case is running 17's on an NA.

The car was origionally set up as an STS class car so it has an open diff. I am in the process of determining if i want to spend $600 on a used torsen or $1600 on a brand new OS giken diff to plop into this open diff.

Hello from a fellow lurker who's wondering what deals we are missing out of while being locked out of the sell thread. LOL

Are you running kirkey aluminum racing seats with no padding?
Nope they are Kirkey 41700 drag seats with grey cloth 41717 seat covers.

I'm already a third of the way to 30, what am I doing wasting my time in this thread. lol ;)

I call shinanigins! 17's... Definitely do the LSD, go OS. Giken LSD if you got the $ since you already have the 1.8 diff. I just swapped in a 1.8 MSM torsion, it's like driving a whole different car, you plant the gas before the apex expecting the ass to kick out and it doesn't.

I'd definitely switch back to 14's if your serious on improving time. I'm surprised your not doing 13" for Auto-x? :)

Doing my time as well (30) I'd rather spend my time wrenching and driving rather than have to meet some posting quota in order to score some bits for my ride... Some like to chat & others would rather keep to themselves. Do we get a teardrop tat once were done?

I run in a street tire autocross class locally, so the 17's are a necessary evil to get the widest decent street tires possible under there. It's definitely not for looks, if painting the car pink and putting hello kitty stickers on the car made it .5 second faster I'd do it. :hello kitty:
