Found a black one FS, but I've been wanting a polished/aluminum one.

Has anyone tried to polish/remove a black spoked Nardi?

If you're in the GTA, I can hook you up with a media blaster, or you can try stripping yourself with stripper.

^sweet. I was thinking aircraft paint stripper would do the trick.

But I'd like to hear if anyone was able to polish it up anywhere similar to the actual polished spoked nardi wood wheels.

Any reason not to sell it and buy a polished one? People are typically all over these when they come up for sale

Should have been more clear; I found one for sale locally, but its got black spokes. The price is good, and its a little harder to get parts in Canada (imo). I'd like polished spokes so I'm wondering if I could snag this and polish it up a bit.

I polished up the spokes of a Nardi; stripper would not touch the finish, so I had to use a flapper wheel, followed by buffing pastes. Needs a bit more work,but its well on its way.
