Question: DRL vs Parking/City Lights?

So ive searched and couldnt find out what the difference between the two are.

Can someone explain the difference? thanks!!

does it have anything to do with the break lights? any difference?

first click on US cars are parking/city lights right? when i put it there, the break lights are dim like how it should be at night.
