Red Miata in Marietta, GA

Anyone know this guy - spotted on Shallowford Rd around 2PM.

It was Pretty standard Miata until I saw the wide Hoosier slicks and wide 14" wheels.....and then I saw the most rare of all rarities -- a Maruha sticker on the back panel.

I didn't get a wave - but he was very quick - I want to know more about that engine =D>

Thought that was me for a second, I kick around shallowford every now and again, but I have the double hoop roll bar. I'll keep an eye out for this one ;)

Yeah - I thought it may have been you as well - I waved to the guy but really did not get a response. It was a nice ride - and those slicks.... \:D/

Very true. Hopefully I'll have most of hte gremlins ironed out of my roadster by the time i get back in the states. Headway has been made, just hope it doesn't peter out too soon (no pun intended :lol: ).

Yeah, i think he may have actually come by the shop where the go-kart is. It's just up from the Big Chicken between Roswell and Powers Ferry (where the Sidelines is), Dynolab Inc. if you wanna stop by for any reason. Aruthur's a great buy and has a bunch of experience. He knows the guys over at Mazcare too, so he's at least got ties in the roadster world too :)

If nothing else, I might try and take it by RSpeed when I get back anyways. Mayhaps they'd have a clue as to why she's running lean.

i can't tell if it's the same car you saw, but i had a little fun on barrett pkwy and 575 sunday with a track-ready red na running a super loud exhaust - sweet ride whoever it was.

a car i've also seen several times lately is a slammed primer gray na with black fender chevrons and the tsi's removed during my morning commute down 75 south. it may belong to a ga tech student, because it gets off on north ave downtown.

Well the red one coudl be Tim (leadfoot on Import Atlanta) who also drives a black 93 Corvette. He has a red (and faded) 91 with black roll bar and the car looks like arse - but loud and he drives like nuts.

The red one above I saw was like really clean - shiny - and looked sweet. But maybe - you never know.

Yeah, changing habits can have its advantages at times. Like when I cleaned out my apartment a while back. I was so enthralled to have that much floorspace that I've kept it that way ever since :lol:
