What: White NA...on some older 15in silver wheels (perhaps OZ? DP? Ronal?)...stock everything (I believe) except for the rear center panel painted black like CE28N Pete's car

Who: young (no more than 20ish looking) skinny caucasian male

Where: on Rio Rancho Road (off the 71 in Phillips Ranch), pulling into Walmart

When: around 3pm-ish, Wednesday, 8-2-06
