No, they don't look completely different. There is a subtle difference in the diameter of the spokes in comparison to the offroad, but nothing that someone would ever be able to distinguish from imho.

the placement of spokes on the wider lip is the difference. and there not te37 knock offs. the offroads are the grahm lights and te37 knockoffs
