So my searching as well as confirmation from two others leads me to believe I have spun a bearing, however my car is my DD, so I am wonder if it is worth it to still drive it until I can replace the motor and if so, how long it will last? I know there is no definite way to tell but any help would be appreciated.

SHUT IT OFF. Get it checked out and confirm that you have a spun bearing, you might be able to get away with replacing the bearing and not needing a full shave or new crank. If you drive it like this IT WILL blow on you, there is no telling when or where but it will.
