Tried it, didn't do a whole lot for my lowish mileage car nor my 189K truck, oh well.
If you put it in your oil, Seafoam themselves says you don't have to change the oil, FYI.
And about the MPG, Miatas are geared so they're kinda rev-happy, at 60 mph you're at 3K so don't expect better than 30 if ya drive it easy.

every about 2-5 months, one of these threads pops up. Seafoam works as it is intended. It cleans carbon deposits. is it going to give you horsepower? unlikely... might actually do the opposite since the more carbon in the combustion chamber, the higher your compression.

I use it as a general purpose cleaner on many occasions... for getting gunk off the car/car parts. lol, many uses!

If you need a custom sticker made it is actually cheaper to just call a local vinyl guy and say will you make me a sticker (give the dimensions approx) for me for whatever your willing to pay for it. My local vinyl guy (whos my highschool friend but still) makes me anything I want for very cheap $3-$6 per sticker depending on how much work it is for him to make it (like drawing and customizing it)
