Thought that once you smog any car, its only good for 30 days. If you were to smog your car, then sell it after 30 days of smogging it, you'd have to re-smog it. Thats how it used to be anyways.
yeah the guy i bought my car off of is starting to say that smog is now in my hands . Even though he had said that if the car needed smog he would take care of it. the little bastard has to do it for me.
a smog for transfer is good for 90 days. If you sell a car unsmogged and when the buyer smogs it it fails, you are obligated to take it back if he wants his money back.
