I moved down from Oregon and am seriously considering buying a new car at a dealer and have been debating whether I should part out or sell as is. Also been debating on getting it through SMOG if I do decide to sell. Let me know what you guys think and see the parts description below.

1994 5spd Mazda Miata 115k w/ hardtop, clean title. This car has been
built so far for pure performance, focusing on handling with balanced
power and using only quality parts. Car was professionally tuned at
Performance Race Engineering and Dynoed at 191WHP 175TQ @ 6psi and
weighs ~2200lbs, so it's pretty quick. It has been very well
maintained and is a great daily driver, very reliable. While on the
other hand it could be stripped down and made into a track only car
with minimal effort. As it is right now it is a very good compromise
and is absolutely phenomenal to drive.

Parts below listed as "new" were installed within the last year.
Engine:
Jackson Racing M45 Supercharger
AEM Stand alone Engine Managment System
AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor
AEM Methonal Injection kit installed
AEM DryFlow filter, huge!

What's your opinion of the JIC coilovers?
Car looks pretty sweet. Should sell at that amount if you find the right buyer, Might get more money parting out.

I've had Illumina's with ground control sleeves and eibalch springs and felt they were to underdamped and needed to be stiffer. Then got a set of Megans and those where way too stiff, adjustment sucked and overall just not a very good ride for DD nor autoX (unless your autoX course is perfectly smooth). However, I have been very happy with the JIC's. They are adequately stiff without being too harsh and have pretty good rebound/ compression adjustment. Just seems to handles slightly bumpy surfaces better and produce more grip. Still not as good as Xida's but better than a majority of the stuff out there.

I'm currently trying to sell it as it is so that I can use that money towards a down payment on a new car, hopefully a MS3 or evo 9. If I can't sell it as is then I will begin to part it out a bit and revert it back closer to stock, but hope someone will buy it as it is and enjoy this car!

I would say $6500-7000 easy, its definitely a miata that is worth the money.
