have you seen the cost of living out there?!!? dont be! a $100k house here costs $300k+ out there!

true, you cant buy a new house out here for less than 400k, and i live more than an hour out of l.a.

same deal here. actually alot of new townhouses start out around 400k.

I need to get out of here!




My boss was looking at new houses near Fort Lauderdale, and he could sell his 2br condo and straight up pay cash for a new house down there with a pool in the backyard!
