I have a Tan top with glass & defroster.

how much should I ask for it?

Depending on condition and if its OEM or no. they tend to go anywhere from 150-300. More so black then tan.

I believe its OEM and rain rail needs to be replaced.

If Selling on the frame, as any easy to bolt in mod, $200-225 with the rain rail as described. NB cloth tops on frame top at $450, they are lighter by 6 lbs., and of course have glass windows.
