Is there anywhere where I can purchase SSR mesh's new? Do they even come in 4x100?
What other wheels are out there that are similar to them? I've browsed past Auto Strada wheels on ebay, but they were 4x114.3.

Those are Enkeis. SSR Meshes are all discontinued now. They were made in 4X100. HOWEVER it seems like many of them require a ~5mm spacer in the front to get enough clearance on the NA8 brakes.

The guy who bought Kendall F's car had SSR Meshes on the car. I don't know if he still has the car though. He was trying to sell it.

Actually in one of the car mags I was reading the SSR reverse mesh are in production again. I was looking at them but they cost like $1500 a set or something like that. I think you can still get them direct from SSR in japan. I can't find the website I found them on though.

I think they'd compliment my car in a gold 15" or 16" x 7" or 8" with a low offset.
