While I freely admit that there are a lot of very cool aftermarket gauge faces available, I have to say that I really think Mazda did a good job with the stock gauges. The only bad thing about them (for USA cars that is) is the stupid sign requiring the use of "unleaded fuel", as if we didn't already know that (they may as well have told us not to pour cat urine into our gas tanks).

Anyway, even though I made my own gauge cluster, I decided to keep the stock gauge faces. I think they're beautifully simple.

Any love out there for the stock gauge faces?

Yeah, Adam does awesome gauge faces. In fact, he has so many good designs, I would be paralyzed into an inability to choose from amongst so many options.

When putting my cluster together, I bought his low-reflective glass and they worked out great.

Anyway, I'm very happy with the stock gauge faces.
