Hi guys. Been looking around electronic shops for an adapter that can play my ipod without having to replace my stock 02 nb stereo unit but havent been able to find any. So i dont have an aux input and i really dont want to replace my stock stereo unit. Does anyone know of any adapter or can recommened something that will help me keep my stock stereo? Thanks.

Sorry late reply. Thanks for the ideas. Ill look into Grom-aux. That one looks like it will work without replacing the stock stereo. Although it looks expensive looking at it on ebay.

I've used the GROM product made for the Volvo and it works quite well. However in my experience, the stock head unit in the NA is not that good even if it's in perfect shape. I know the OP doesn't want to change it, but it's the best way to go and probably cheaper and infinitely better than some kludged up modification. If you get a $100 head unit from Crutchfield, they give you the harness connector and a plastic kit to make a neat installation. It's doable by even me. Also change the speakers with some decent high efficiency units and you are set.
