Those closeup pictures are cracks, not paint missing. All the fiberglass is there though so its an easy repair. The scratches on the top are just that. The glass is perfect just has some old tint on it that's bubbled and I haven't removed it.
If you have a price in mind, then ask that for the item.
Don't sit there and say, "Hurr durr make an offer.", and then turn down offers when they aren't the secret price you want to get halfway through. Obviously, an oem hard top is worth more than $300 but there are plenty of people out there that have sold them for half of that, not knowing what they had. The first post made you look like one of them.
