My new setup (bought today!)

Celsius cirrus boots in black/red with trad. lacing (not the fancy new stuff, afraid I will break it and ruin lots of good board time)

A pretty nice setup for freeride with some jumping about. Veeeeeeeery much looking forward to testing it out sometime soon.
Will be giving it a good first waxing soon. I always start with the softest wax, to give the sole a good base.

You can sleep on my floor if you come, I go to school in Lillehammer and there's usually space on my dorm floor
I will be there all winter snowboarding in Hafjell and Kvitfjell

Colorado is hurting for snow right now, but time in the mountains is > * Hopefully our local hill will be open next weekend, I want to jib!

Looking forward to going out this year. Last year I went out for about an hour before dislocating my wrist and having to get surgery. Not fun, hoping it goes better this year.
I'm still using a cheap-o board that I got for free from a friend when I started out a couple years ago. Seems to do the job for me so far, might consider upgrading next year.
My last final is tomorrow so I think to celebrate I'll go out on Monday if the runs somewhat locally are open (doubtful because all we've been getting is rain). Can't wait for some real snow.

Yeah, my buddies up there are all bummed - me too, normally I would be out there for new year's but I am gonna wait a while for conditions to shape up.

Only rain here too, this blows so hard.
I had my virgin trip on the new equipment, pretty neat I must say. The shoes are BOSS.
The local hill sucked, but at least I got the years first day down, and had a little fun. Crossing fingers for snow and freezing temps...
