Since our battery is in the trunk. How am I suppose to use a timing light? How do I know how much to retard and advance it?

in case you don't feel like reading it.

theres a dummy plug up in the front on the right (when facing the front of the car) you connect the hot to that. ground to the panel.

timing is controlled by the cam angle sensor behind the valve cover. i think a 12mm wrench will loosen the nut behind and u rotate the whole thing to change timing

damn battery, my cables dont reach.

the dummy plug is blue.
also depending on year, you will need to set a jumper, use a short electric wire, and jump from TEN and GRND.
now , can you find the little black box to set the jumper?
set timing to +4 degrees .
