Every time I come back from Streets of Willow, my toe is always off. Top center of the steering wheel always ends up at the 1 o'clock position.

The first time I got it aligned by Discount Tire and every time after that I've done the alignment shown in this link:

http://www.miata.net/garage/alignment/index.html

I've performed/replaced the following about a year ago when I bought the car:
- swapped p/s rack for non-p/s rack
- NEW outer tie rods
- NEW inner tie rods
- ES master bushing kit
- NEW OEM alignment bolts

I'm running out of threads on the inner tie rod to bring the toe back in. My question is, is the steering rack to blame?

Tighten down your eccentric bolts down VERY tightly.

If you don't know what they are... well, that may be the problem.
