First time I've noticed these for a Miata. The factory piece is already quite light. Not a whole lot of information available but just wanted to hear others thoughts.

It's odd that no weight is given. Not even at Driveshaft Shop's website.

edit: for what it's worth I emailed asking for a weight on the 1.8 unit.

this is a simple item almost any driveshaft specialty shop can make. look around locally and call . i bet you can beat that price.

Good thinking. Just thought I'd bring it up. I've never seen a ready to order online version of these before for our cars.
