Hi,
I have a good deal on those wheels, should I get them or wait for some SSR Type C ?
They're 15x6.5 +34 offset

Exactly those wheels. How much are they worth right here to know if I don't get screwed! :p

Should you get them? If you like them and can afford them, why not? Should you get them instead of SSR Type C wheels? Why not get both? I think they're classics. Obviously value depends on physical and cosmetic condition and market forces. I like the RS-8 because it can be refinished in so many different ways for a custom look and the traditional 8 spoke looks right on our cars. Hard to go wrong. In good original condition I'd value them at $600-$800 here in the US. They do come up for sale on occasion so they're not impossible to find but they're not common either. I can't say for sure what their value is in the UK since you guys get so many great Roadster parts for cheap due to the prevalence of cars imported from Japan and broken for spares. By the way that car is hot. I'm loving the green canvas top.
those rims are beautiful!..i think you should get them
They're worth anywhere from £100 up. Last set of Watanabes I had I paid £90 for, and they were mint.
IMHO, the only thing wrong is the color.
I don't know but on a green car, there's not a lot of choices of color and silver (like those) is a classic and doesn't look bad IMO.

Depending on how dull the green (BRG) or how much gold it has (Marina), Gold or Bronze look good as well. Gunmetal tends to go with just about anything :)
Watanabe are a perfect choice of wheel for the mk1 roadster ...

I prefer the one piece rims myself but that is personal preference :D

if they are all in good unkerbed condition I think you are looking at £100 - £150 with half decent tyres - if you were buying these new you are talking £400 + shipping/taxes frim Japan + tyres
I have those same rims on my tater - but with a +21 offset and repainted gold. Get em! Oh, and I paid $600 for a set of 4 here in US from Takumi Project - and they needed to be restored - which was about another $500.
