The lenses probably have tinted film on them (like Lamin-x or similar) or they've been smoked by spray painting them with a very thin coat of black paint.

Yes. Our kick ass forum sponsors can get this stuff for you. That's what they're here for. Even if they don't explicitly advertise an item on their website most all can get such items for you as they have contacts in Japan and receive frequent container shipments to USA. Be prepared to pay up as shipping won't be cheap on an item that large. Once it gets to the USA you might even need to have it shipped via special delivery truck if it's too big for UPS.
