That is the question. The deal fell though on my Miata buying today, so I am getting in my friend's imported Civic Si-R with no A/C and we are about to drive to Miami at midnight and I am coming back with a Miata, damn it.

Pictures when I get back tomorrow. 8)

Let the games begine. Since it needs body work anyway~ Pit Clew Racing and Fender flares, tuck some 14" Wats. mmm mmm tasty.

I am looking into wheels. I want to check around town first to see if I get some deals to get it street worth. The current tires are CRAP.

What color is this car? It's blueish with green mica. Never seen it before. The trunk and engine bay are the same color, so I don't think it's after market. I love it, just time for body work.

It's a decent purchase... even though if I were in your shoes I would buy a 95 and below just to avoid dealing with OBDII. Oh well- you can always ditch the stock ECU and go AEM or Hydra, etc...

Congrats on the good price though. You'll have fun!

I like ODBII so I can pull codes to my Palm Pilot, and I want to go stand alone anyway.

I wouldn't go to far outta my way for a miata ,hell they make them every day and they made like a bizillion of them so their purty dman easy to come by , so why go over hill and dale to find one .

When this M2 takes a shite I am thinkin I would like to go back to an M1 early M1 snot and M1.5 , lite and easy to work on and theres a ton of after amrket parts out there for them .

Hard to find a 1996 with tax, title, and tag for $2000.
