Apparently near as I can tell mine have crapped out, and need replacement. I just don't know what my options are, or who sells what in this regard. I want something stiffer than stock, but I don't want to go to solid aluminum or anything like that... at least not for these particular bushings. ;) I'm afraid of stressing this area too much and cracking a differential housing, etc.

I know I've seen a Mazdaspeed version of this, but I cannot remember where for the life of me.

here's why I think they're shot.
The car pulls left under accel, and right under decel.
The wheel is kicked to the left at all speeds > parking lot.
The tire pressures are even, the wheelbearings have no play. The alignment is verified good.
There's a whine from the rear end, but checking the fluid shows no wierd material in it.
When i tightened the fill plug, i watched the differential pivot. Not move in the bushings, but pivot around the driveshaft/input shaft.

My theory is that the rearend is moving under load, causing the car to
-pull wierd directions under accel,
-crab in forward travel (Hence the crooked wheel 99percent of the time)
-make the rear end whine because the differential is loaded at an angle instead of properly.
-feel strange when going over uneven bumps in the road

Thus, the hunt for bushings. :) Any ideas for me?

corksport (more expensive but closer iirc)
trackdog racing (cheaper further iirc)

were the two cheapest Mazdaspeed ones.

Corksport, huh? They're like fifteen minutes from my house. I'll keep that in mind. Are there any better options that anyone knows of beyond Mazdaspeed?
