Actually, your name is Biru Wirunaa. Unless you pronounce your surname Vilner, in which case you would be Virunaa.

Japanese doesn't have the English 'L' or 'R' sound. and English doesn't have the Japanese 'L/R' sound. It is called an Alveolar tap and is a sound which is in between (albeit produced differently) between L/R.

And all syllables in Japanese have vowels or a consonant vowel.
