White NA spotted in Vista

White NA with Hardtop + Turn Signal Intakes spotted on Sycamore Rd in Vista, Ca. at about 4:00 pm. Didn't get a really good look at it, just for a split second. Does it belong to anyone here?

is it stock ride height with stock rims...with rear mud flaps?....if so he lives close to me...(national city) lil bit more down south from vista
