They make a +25, +30, +38 in the 15x7 4x100 size.

+25s do exist, I've never seen a set in person though. Almost everyone with a Mazda 2 and Koseis somehow managed to get the +25s lol.

Probably because you can buy them brand new in a +25 offset on Tirerack. They're not rare at all, just few people choose to get that offset.
