Just curious- have all the SB100 slots been used up already? I know the slots get snapped up super quick.

When you say "atom" are you saying you own an Ariel Atom?????

If so I am COMPLETELY jealous! What an amazing car! What specs did you choose?

Congrats!

Did you have to sleep over in front of the DMV (or wherever these are issues)?

Sweet! Ive heard many good things about your cars and garage. I just wish i live in CA where all the action happens. Lookes like you pulled some strings and favors to get it done.

HOnestly Dave, please be careful when driving/riding that "car". It's a purpose-built track car that barely meets DOT safety requirements. I don't think Bubba in his 5ft-lift Ford Super Hard Duty Diesel Turbo Dually would be able to even see you most of the time.

Just lookin' out for your safety mang! Be careful!

Yeah, i did some reading on SB100. (Google, whodathunkit?)

Gotta say, it's nice to see a politician who's doing something useful for the car enthusiast, even if it is out of his own self-interest. :)

Yes, but passed by democratically controlled Assembly and Senate, and signed by a democratic governor    This is a bipartisan thing- let's not make it partisan!

BTW on a related topic: CA folks- I still intend to push the CA smog visual waiver proposal (hiatus due to the Nov election & holidays):

Anyone who is interested in smog visual waiver please let me know!
