You do realize that the tow hooks just un-bolt, right? Takes less than 5 minutes for the rears.

How raspy is the magnaflow muffler? Still have the resonators?

 

I did a left exit on my first NA way back, you couldn't get the clearance if you didn't cut the entire towhook section out, found photos even !

Lol my for not clarifying that. I unbolted the tow hooks, but had to cut the mounting point for the tow hooks down. Dude above already posted a picture. Pretty much what I did. If you don't cut down the mount point for the tow hook, there's not enough room for the muffler.

Dazed, the Magnaflow is a little raspy for my liking. Although it was deeper and had more of a drone than I expected, at higher rpms there's a little rattiness. It's using a straight pipe all the way back from the header, so I'm thinking about putting another resonator in.

 

I have a Topspeed which has a resonator before the can. No rasp at all. I think if you added a resonator you'd be golden.

 

Looks good man fixing to do the same but I'm putting duel tsudo cans(4.5 tips straight cut) out the same side one as a dummy pipe my bumper skin is already cut, what did you do about the big black bumper behind the skin???

 

I cut out the black bumper too to match the bumper skin.

 

exactly how I did mine, and yes that cut is very necessary

 

I just went to the left of the support, sawzalled the bumper (function> form) 3" from the turbo back with a spun cat, 6" schoenfeld glasspack and this hollowed out ractive muffler converted from 2" to 3" inlet

 

Did y'all pull off the black bumper to cut it or cut it bolted up? What did y'all use to cut it?

 

I cut it with it still on there. I just used an reciprocating air saw
